Enjoyed assembly. We'll crafted. You need to add that Furniture Repair Marker so you can mark the edges after you sand them. It is a much nicer looking product without all those edge marks where the pieces were cut or broke from the plates.

This music-based kit is a wonderful kit, where the directions are fairly-clear, and it takes some concentration to ensure that the pieces are appropriately located and attached.
It is highly detailed and fascinating to work with. It is amazing how thoughtfully-planned this kit is!

I feel that the instructions could have been more detailed and with better pictures. I ended up looking at videos of other people building this to get a better look at what the build was going for. Some of the pieces were hard to punch out of the sheets, and some were hard to click together. Otherwise I enjoyed the project!

I found this kit less sturdy than others that I have tried and therefore prone to breaking pieces. Also the pieces are harder to keep in the holes and therefore need extra gluing.

After looking at this book nook for a while, I decided I was ready for a challenge and dove in. The details (clearly the word I’m using too often in the video), are fantastic. Fifijoy went over and above making sure to cover all the bases here. It’s like stepping into a beautiful music shop.
The included hammer is so helpful with some of the steps. I did use my favorite B-7000 glue in quite a few places. It’s not provided, so bring your own. You’ll also need two AAA batteries.
I took my time with this build and did it in 3 sittings as the end is a bit tricky with the small space to finish off the wiring, but the final results were well worth it. The lighting on this nook highlights the space very nicely.

When I checked the accessories, something was not included, namely the glue. I suppose a glue for wood is required? No need to send it, I can buy it a store nearby.

It was great fun and so much easier with peel and stick elements and slot in pieces. There were occasions when an extra pair of hands would have come in handy and I found the wiring really awkward..I made quite a mess of that! There was no glue in the kit but luckily I had some. It also took quite a while to arrive.

Las instrucciones muy pequeñas, viendo la calidad del material se merecen unas más grandes que se vea mejor, casi necesito lupa.
La caja de las pilas, debería ser con interruptor.
Esto son sugerencias más que una queja, porque me ha encantado y ya dispuesto a recibir más de esta marca.

Manche Ablauffolgen sind unlogisch, da muss man schon etwas "mit- und vordenken". Mein größtes Problem war am Schluss der Plafond mit der Verkabelung. Da hätte ich mehr Hände gebraucht. Am Ende war ich sehr stolz auf mich und freue mich jeden Tag, wenn ich es sehe

I really enjoyed making this book nook - my first. A few pieces broke but I managed to fix most of them, except the chandelier. I am pleased to say Fifijoy is happy to replace the parts. It wasn't an easy project (especially the lighting) but I took my time and got there in the end.

All the small pieces come off easily and are perfect
I rarely had to use the small file to chamfer some elements to make them fit together easier.
The explanation for positioning the lighting system is also very clear, as are the rest of the explanations in the enclosed booklet, albeit in a different language from mine!
I highly recommend the purchase if you are a fan of the genre!

Very nice set. As a classical musician myself, this DIY kit makes for a great gift. I have completed it in 2 days and it looks great on my library shelf. I want to thank all the members who are part of the Fifijoy company, especially Eillen, who has answered all the questions I had. Being reluctant to order from Fifijoy at first, I can 100% testify that they are a very serious company, and if someone has the means to order from them I would highly recommend them do it. I will probably buy other sets later on the line.

Loved the interesting detail but the glueing was tedious and some smaller pieces were very fragile. It took a lot longer to complete than I expected but I am pleased the lighting system works.

The detailed pieces are extraordinarily accurate fitting together so perfectly. Occasionally a sanding was needed to ease pegs into place. I only broke one item that had no replacement, but used an extra ornament to disguise it. It is now placed on my piano.
